The owner may process personal data in an automated manner, including through profiling, in accordance with the principles set out in the Regulations. In such a case, the purpose of the Owner's activities is marketing purposes or the need to personalize messages sent to Users (including matching information to the User's needs or expectations). A person with access to personal data processes them only on the basis of the Owner's authorization or an agreement entrusting the processing of personal data and only on the Owner's instructions.

The policy was adopted by order of the Owner and entered into force on May 28, 2024. The content of the Policy may be changed in the same manner. Any deviations from the Policy must be made in writing under pain of nullity. The law applicable to the Policy is the law of the Republic of Poland. In matters not regulated in the Policy, appropriate legal provisions shall apply.
